為U字型，桌上貼有所有的作品(共計38份)及設計理念，所有與會人員(含新舊任宿委、輔導員、組長等)皆可投票。
[初選]
投票規則：每人發五張上有個人編號的貼紙(編號將於簽到時一併發放)，五張皆需投給不同的候選人，但不一定五張都要貼完。最後選出最高票的六件進入複選。

簡述創作概念︰
「宿」，就其象形來看，就是百人住在同一個屋簷下。不論風吹雨打，只要回到宿舍，就會得到安心。而偉大的宿委們就像大樹一樣，為我們遮風避雨，時時為居民著想，讓宿舍更像一個家，大家互相關懷照顧，才能使這株樹苗越長越大，越長越結實

簡述創作概念︰
This product has a "warmth, care, passion"theme, highlighting dorm committee's dedication of time to look after, take care, make decisions that is best for our dorm. The logo consists of a sun, conveying how dorm members are warmed by committee's contribution for a better dorm life. The sun is "sleeping/ peaceful", whichshows we feel our dorm is "home". The building covered by the sun is our dorm; black/white windows" is a fancy design. The people beneath the dorm represent committee members, who are helping hand-in-hand with kind hearts to listen, respond to dorm's problems, serving with open minds. They are angels.
